The Erlegh House Solar project, located at the University of Reading's Earley Gate, represents a significant renewable energy initiative valued at £190,000.00 and completed in August 2024. The installation features 301 photovoltaic modules, 2 inverters, and 153 optimisers, designed to maximize solar energy capture and system efficiency. At full capacity, the system can produce 128.95 MWh of clean energy annually. The project underwent rigorous structural and fire risk assessments prior to installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards and confirming the building's capacity to support the solar array. This project underscores the TRUST's commitment to sustainability and sets a benchmark for future renewable energy initiatives.

Fitting out works together with provision of M&E services to covert the warehouse, Unit B1 Faircacres Ind Est Dedworth in order to provide a new Premises for MSK, delivering a “fit for purpose” environment for safe operation and with sufficient space to allow for an expanding service.

The stripping out and internal re‐model of the ground floor of Block C ‐ the Science & Technology Centre (STC) on the campus. Works involve the demolition of the internal non‐load bearing walls and the construction of new light weight partitions. Closing up and forming new openings. Replacement of the ceiling grid, decoration, flooring. New electrical distribution and modification to the heating and HVAC systems

The works consist of providing safe work access to replace the roof covering over the original Workhouse, carry out repairs works required while the building beneath is occupied and continues to operate.
